1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • A ₹30 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2 working days to your original payment method.
  • Please verify your cancellation request before submitting, as cancellation requests are final and irreversible.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • After 2 days of delivery, we will not accept any return or refund requests.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during final clearance sales
  • Damaged items due to misuse or negligence

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
